Meditation is the purest form of connecting with your highest sell. Meditation is something that has to occur within your mind. But in order for this meditation to come into act one must be surrounded by purest form of energy, the purest form of mindset, and a space that is developed to endure these positivities. Here are 10 steps for beginners to learn to meditate.

  1. Find a quiet place

  2. Open your aura cleansing kit and set it up

  3. Find a comfortable place to sit your body

  4. Sit back and close your eyes

  5. Take deep breaths and and deep breaths out

  6. Clear your mind so that there is nothing but colors and emptiness

  7. Block out any outside noise and thoughts

  8. Keep your body still so that your energy is doing all of the work

  9. Your spirit rise from your body and ascend
